Who Deals Our Poker Tables

Our poker tables come from studios we name openly: Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Playtech. Each provider runs its own shuffle and card-handling routines, and those routines are tested by independent labs before the stream reaches your screen. We keep the studio name printed on every table card so you can see who is dealing. Where a table publishes a payout figure, that figure is the provider's, not a number we typed. If something in a hand looks wrong, our team can pull the table log.

Studio names on every card

Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Playtech are printed on the table card, never hidden behind a generic label. You can see who is dealing before you put chips down.

Lab-tested dealing software

Card shuffling and dealing software sits with the studio, and independent labs test it. We rely on those published results rather than claims of our own; nothing in our poker room is simulated locally.

Hand logs on request

Every hand is recorded by the dealer studio, so a disputed result can be checked against the actual card sequence. Send the table name and the time of the hand to support chat.

Payout figures only where shown

We do not publish payout percentages for poker. Where a provider exposes a figure on its table card, you see that figure; where it does not, we leave the space empty rather than fill it.

TABLE HELP

Help While You Hold a Seat

Most table problems turn out to be wallet or connection problems, not poker problems. If a seat will not open, the usual cause is a pending bKash or Nagad transfer that has not settled into your account wallet, so check the wallet screen first. If the stream freezes mid-hand, the dealer keeps the table running and your seat stays reserved. Reach our Bangladesh support desk from the chat button inside the poker room and quote the table name — that is quicker than describing the hand.

Team online

Top-up not showing

Open the wallet screen and check whether your bKash, Nagad or Rocket transfer shows as pending. Send us the transaction ID in support chat and we will trace it against the seat you tried to open.

Stream drops mid-hand

Reload the poker room once before anything else; most freezes clear on a fresh page. Your seat and stack stay with the dealer while you reconnect, and the hand result lands in your wallet either way.

Cashout check after a hand

Withdrawals from poker go through the same verification as the rest of your account. Keep your name matching the bKash, Nagad or Rocket wallet you registered with, and a mismatch is what holds a request back.

How Our Poker Room Is Dealt

Everything in our Live Poker Channel is dealt live. Evolution and Pragmatic Play studios stream Hold'em, Omaha and Three Card Poker from real tables, and you take a seat the way you'd join a video call: tap the table, choose your stake, sit down. Holdem Champions suits you if you want shorter hands and a quicker round. Each table card shows the

stake range and the dealer on duty, so nothing changes after your chips move. We only display payout percentages where the provider exposes that figure — no numbers we cannot stand behind. Your account wallet holds the stake, and the hand settles back into it.

Poker Words You Will Hear

Poker has its own vocabulary, and live tables add a few more. You will hear the dealer call the flop, the turn and the river in Hold'em, and see the button move around the table as the blinds follow it. Three Card Poker runs on different words altogether — ante, play bet, dealer qualify.

01
What are hole cards?

The two cards dealt face down to you at the start of a Hold'em hand. Only you see them, and they combine with the five community cards to make your final hand.

02
What is the flop?

The first three community cards placed face up on the table after the opening betting round. Everything in Hold'em builds from that moment, and your hand changes once you see them.

03
What does the big blind mean?

A forced bet posted by the player two seats left of the button before any cards are dealt. It sets the minimum opening bet for that round and rotates around the table.

04
What is the rake in live poker?

Live tables take a small share of each pot, called the rake, to cover dealing and the stream. Ask support for the rake on a specific table before you sit down.

05
What is a sit-out?

A button that keeps your seat reserved while you step away from the screen. Blinds pause for you, and you rejoin the same seat when you tap back in.

06
What counts as a showdown?

The final reveal at the end of a hand, when remaining players turn their hole cards over and the dealer reads the winning combination. Pots are paid straight after the cards are compared.

Questions Before You Take a Seat

The questions below come up most often in poker support chat, answered plainly. Nothing here replaces the table rules, which sit behind the info button on each table card, and the version shown there is the one that applies when you sit. If your question is about a specific hand, bring the table name and the time with you to support chat — that is the fastest way for us to pull the log and answer you properly.

Yes — the poker room runs in your phone browser, so nothing needs installing. Log in, open the channel and pick a table; data use is closer to a video call than a game download.

Your account wallet takes bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay, plus bank transfer. Move money into the wallet first, then sit at a table — chips are bought from that balance, not straight from your mobile wallet.

Each table card lists its own stake range, and we would rather you read that than rely on a number quoted elsewhere. Choose a range you can lose a few hands at before you take the seat.

Our channel is built around cash tables rather than scheduled tournaments, so you can sit whenever it suits you instead of waiting for a start time. Hold'em, Omaha and Three Card Poker run as cash games.

The dealer studio holds the table, and your seat stays yours while you reload the page. The hand finishes without you if you are not back in time, and the result settles into your wallet.

Yes. Slots, live casino tables and a sportsbook sit alongside the poker channel, and cricket markets across BPL and international fixtures are the ones you will see most. Switch between them from the same wallet.
